What age are your swaddles suitable for?
Our swaddles are designed for newborns through to early months (approximately 0–4 months), depending on your baby’s size and development.
For safe sleep, discontinue use once your baby shows signs of rolling.
What is the difference between Sweet Dreamer and Sweet Serene?
Sweet Dreamer offers a snug, secure fit with winged arm support, keeping baby’s arms comfortably secure inside the wings across their chest. Or alternatively by their sides. This helps reduce the startle reflex and create a calm, settled sleep environment.
Sweet Serene keeps baby’s arms gently by their sides, supporting the startle and rooting reflex while still allowing gentle, natural movement.
Will this help my baby sleep better?
Swaddling is commonly used to support newborn sleep by creating a secure, womb-like environment.
Research has shown that swaddled infants may experience longer sleep durations and fewer spontaneous awakenings, as swaddling helps reduce the startle (Moro) reflex that can disrupt sleep. Studies published in journals such as Pediatrics have found that swaddling can increase quiet sleep and decrease arousals in young infants.
By gently securing your baby’s arms and providing a consistent, comforting feel, swaddling may help babies settle more easily and sleep more soundly.
Every baby is different, but many parents find their little ones feel calmer and more settled when swaddled.

What are swaddles made out of?
Our swaddles are made from a soft, breathable cotton blend. Primarily made out of cotton (Sweet Dreamer: 95% cotton, 5% elastane) and (Sweet Serene: 96% cotton, 4% elastane), that is gentle on delicate newborn skin while allowing a comfortable stretch.
After careful thought and trial, we chose to include minimal amounts of elastane to ensure there is enough flexibility for natural movement. This gentle stretch allows your baby to move comfortably, while still feeling secure and supported.
A small amount of stretch also helps avoid an overly tight swaddle, supporting healthy movement and comfort, especially through the hips and chest, while maintaining that snug, calming feel babies love.
Swaddling too tightly, particularly around the hips, has been associated with an increased risk of hip dysplasia, which is why allowing room for natural movement is important.
International Hip Dysplasia Institute (IHDI) recommends swaddling that allows free movement of the hips and legs to support healthy development.
