At Sweet Tight Little Honey, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you have any concerns with your order, please review our policy below.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit. All claims are subject to inspection.

To begin the process, please email sweettightlittlehoney@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue 
  • Clear photos of the faulty or damaged item

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a refund, exchange, or store credit depending on the circumstances.

Size Exchanges

If you require a different size, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • Requests must be made via email to sweettightlittlehoney@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange.

Please note, size exchanges are currently available for Australian customers only.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully before placing your order.
